How to contact us

To report domestic abuse, or if you have any concerns or questions, please call us on 020 8319 8870. Lines are open 9am to 5pm Monday-Friday. In an emergency please call the police (999).

What happens after you contact us

We will be in touch with you within one working day. We'll assess your current situation. To make sure you get the right support we may work with other agencies such as Refuge, Victim Support, Women's Aid, the police and local authorities.

In high-risk cases, we may make a Multi-Agency Risk Assessment Conference (MARAC) referral. 

We may take legal action, which can result in the offender losing their home, in order to protect you, our residents and the local community.
