Due to the ongoing issues relating to The COVID-19 virus, we are taking necessary steps under the guidance of Public Health England (PHE) to ensure that we all stay as safe as possible and to try to limit the spread.
Our top priority is the wellbeing and safety of residents and employees. If you feel unwell or are self-isolating and you need to cancel an appointment with Charlton Triangle Homes or one of our contractors please telephone us on 020 8319 8870, lines open: 9am–5pm, Monday to Friday.

We do of course realise that for many of you these are worrying times, if you have any concerns or know of any elderly or vulnerable neighbours, please let us know so that we can make sure they are getting any additional help that they may need.
Please be assured that we are implementing these necessary procedures to limit the spread and we’re working hard to protect critical services, support the most vulnerable and help keep people safe. We’re monitoring and adapting the way we work as things develop. Please bear with us, as this does mean that there is going to be a significant impact on our services for the time being. It is likely we will be soon be limiting home visits. This means that we can only carry out essential repairs and visits to our most vulnerable customers who receive support services. This does mean that some of our planned repairs and investment work may be postponed until further notice. We will keep you updated on this and thank you for your patience.
We have currently made some adaptions and closures to our services:
- Charlton Triangle Homes office is closed, all communications will need to be made via telephone, website or email. Our contact details can be found further down. If you need to speak to a specific member of staff, please refer to the ‘Our team’ page of the website, where direct contact details can be found.
- New Leaf office is closed, all communications need to be made by telephone. We are offering telephone appointments where possible, if you would like to utilise this option please contact the reception.
- The New Leaf Community Café and Community Shop are closed.
Please do not turn up to use any of our services if you have any of the COVID-19 symptoms or have been in contact with anyone who has the virus. Please call us to rearrange your appointment on the numbers below. We appreciate your cooperation in this matter.
