Our mission
It’s simple: to create a community and neighbourhood where people want to live because of the quality of life it offers.
What we do
We have 1,162 homes in Charlton, south-east London. These were transferred from Royal Borough of Greenwich to us in 1999.
We’ve based The Charlton Triangle Homes office at the heart of our estate. That way, our residents can get in touch with us easily, we’re close to the neighbourhoods we serve, and we can play a key role in developing a strong and cohesive community. We work closely with residents on day-to-day tenancy issues, while encouraging them to join our various decision-making groups. In fact, a third of the Charlton Triangle Board is made up of residents.
As well as traditional landlord services, Charlton Triangle Homes offers a broad range of additional support through our New Leaf Advice Centre – also located centrally in our community. Services include help to find work, training, healthy-living advice, counselling, wellbeing programmes, welfare rights, and debt and money advice.
Our community
We have spearheaded a twenty-year community regeneration and development programme, investing well over £4 million in education and community, under 5s, 50 Plus group, young people and community safety. So far, over 28 different partners have helped us provide programmes and activities to 30 different community groups.
